Innovative providers celebrated at the headfit awards

With over a third of our lives spent at work, it’s critical that we’re supported to feel our best. Yet, mental wellbeing has for so long been ignored or deprioritised in our workplaces. Recent studies have shown that investing in workplace wellbeing can provide returns of up to 12x the investment. Now, that’s a no brainer!

For many organisations this requires a transformation in the way we support our people. Fresh perspectives from innovative external providers can be critical to support leaders in making changes in their workplaces. 

We’re excited to be increasingly seeing innovation emerging across Aotearoa taking proactive approaches to supporting organisations and leaders as they improve the way we look after the wellbeing of our workforce. 

The HeadFit Awards are, for the first time, giving a platform for these solutions and leaders to tell their stories and be recognised for the transformational work they’re doing.

By supporting the HeadFit Awards we aim to help raise awareness of the range of new and innovative solutions being developed right here in Aotearoa. 

In August, the finalists for the 2021 Provider of the Year Award were announced:

  • MATES in Construction

  • Blueprint for Learning 

The winners are due to be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner, currently scheduled for 16 November 2021.

We can’t wait to celebrate with leaders and champions of wellbeing across Aotearoa! (Covid dependent, of course!)
